About
Governing what the boardroom cannot yet see.
Anoj Mathai works at the intersection of board governance and digital infrastructure — translating the physics of AI, cloud and data into decisions directors can defend.
Biography
Anoj Mathai is a Board Governance Strategist advising boards, CEOs and executive committees on how to govern the digital infrastructure that now underwrites every strategy. His work is grounded in two decades inside the operating layer of regulated enterprises.
He is the creator of Infrastructure Readiness™, a methodology that translates power, cooling, resilience, capacity and AI dependencies into the language of the board — risk appetite, strategic optionality and fiduciary duty.
His book, Beyond Cooling™, is the boardroom guide to governing digital infrastructure in the AI era. It is being adopted by governance institutes and executive education programmes as a foundational text for the next decade of directorship.
Mission
To equip every board with the vocabulary, frameworks and evidence to govern the infrastructure their strategy depends on.
